I've had a love for the arts my entire life, and I've been drawing for almost as long, but it wasn't until college honed my skills that I began to get requests from friends and family for custom pieces. Below are a series of sketches and digital paintings I've completed for a variety of people over the last few years.
Though most of my projects are portrait art done in graphite or charcoal, I will occasionally branch out into digital paintings or pastels if a project requires a different approach.
One of the pieces I'm most proud of is the Mustang I did for a World War 2 Fighter Pilot. The client had requested I produce a version of his grandfather's plane with the nose art he wasn't able to get finished before being shot down.
Poster art became a great love of mine after doing some posters for a friend's band in college. The confluence of design and traditional art was too much to pass up, and I still look forward to poster requests.
